We understand that CashEuroNet, which includes the QuickQuid trading name, is in administration.

CashEuroNet, which includes the QuickQuid, On Stride and Pounds to Pocket trading names, went into administration on 25 October 2019.

Unfortunately, when a business goes into administration we are required to stop considering complaints against it. So we’re unable to progress any new or existing complaints about CashEuroNet.

We’re writing to people who have CashEuroNet complaints with us to explain that we’re passing their complaint to the firm’s administrators to be included in the administration process. Anyone with a new complaint can contact the administrators directly to make a claim.

More information about the process, including how to make a claim, can be found on the administrators’ website here
