Our latest quarterly data, about complaints received and resolved between July and September 2023, has been published this week and is available now on our website.
Our data provides information about the most complained-about products and services, and highlights trends for the quarter.
It includes the number of enquiries and new cases we received, and the proportion of complaints resolved in favour of customers.
Our plans and budget consultation for 2024/25 is an opportunity for our stakeholders to share insight about complaint numbers and feedback on our plans for the year ahead.
We want to hear about expectations for complaint numbers and themes, and to get feedback on our costs and funding proposals and proposed changes to our case fees and levy.
Additionally, HM Government has granted us the power to charge a fee to a range of professional representatives. So we’re consulting on whether to use the power and, if so, how a charging regime might work in practice.
Read more about this in our consultation, which is open now and available on our website.
Our opening hours will be changing over the festive period. Take a look at our website to find full details of our opening hours between 22 December and 2 January 2024.
