We have published our plans and budget for the next financial year. Our plans and budget for the forthcoming year follows on from the consultation we published in December 2021, and which closed at the end of January 2022.
The next financial year will be about investing to make a step change in the performance of the Financial Ombudsman Service, implementing our Action Plan, and continuing to shorten our queues. The changes we will make will enable the organisation to deliver a better service for our customers.
