Easter opening hours

Our consumer helpline and Business Support Hub opening hours will be changing for the Easter bank holiday weekend. Our phone lines will open from 8am Tuesday 6 April, with our Business Support Hub opening at 10am.

Our Business Support Hub is a free resource for financial businesses and professional consumer advisers, that offers guidance on how we approach complaints.

Financial Ombudsman Service predicts it will receive over 37,000 fraud and scams complaints next year
