Fraud and scam complaints from people living in Scotland have increased by almost 40% year-on-year.
We've published our latest quarterly data
Today we’ve published data showing the number of complaints we received between October and December 2019.
Between 1 October and 31 December 2019 we received 195,851 new enquiries and 83,754 new complaints – with 9,160 complaints passed to an ombudsman for final decision. On average, we upheld 34% of the complaints we resolved. View the full data on our product complaints data page.
