our series of training-days for community and advice workers
We run special events around the UK, aimed at giving advice workers the opportunity to learn more about the ombudsman service and how we work.
We are very keen to welcome the widest range of people from consumer and voluntary groups to our events – including trading standards officers, money advisers, and representatives from local advice & support agencies.
